leatherface New member Feb 25, 2003 #3 I switch that up like every 3 months or so but, right now i train.. chest/foreams/abs bis/tris/abs legs/delts back/abs before i would train chest/delts back/bis/foreams tris/legs i dunno pretty much i throw anything except the big muscle groups together
