what muscle groups do u train together?

Good to do one large muscle group and one or two small on the same day. Doesn't matter which really. Then legs get their own day of course.
 
I switch that up like every 3 months or so but, right now i train..
chest/foreams/abs
bis/tris/abs
legs/delts
back/abs

before i would train
chest/delts
back/bis/foreams
tris/legs

i dunno pretty much i throw anything except the big muscle groups together
 
due to time constraints i've changed my routine. only body parts i work together now are bi's/ tri's and delts/traps. used to do back/bi, chest/tri, legs/shoulders

M-Chest/tris
T-Back/Bis
W-off
Th-Shoulders/Light Chest/Traps
F- Legs

Abs EOD

I throw in abs when i want and play basketball on 2 of the off days and lacrosse on 1
