Girl's Just Want to Have Fun. It was an old cheesy 80s movie with Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt and John Silverman.

Silverman was at a dance club called Hoops or some shit, and he tells this girls boyfriend that his car is being towed. Then when the guy runs out for his car, Silverman says to the girl "Did you ever play tune in tokoyo" Well, you know the rest.

I have all sorts of crap, cheesy, and old movie shit stuck in my head, thats what happens when you stay up late and watch too much tv!
