I reinvent myself over short bursts of time so I can stick to it. 10-12 weeks.
I proclaim a "look" I want, create the exercise and diet plan, toss in the
supplements, HGH and aas and go to it.
I identify one important person as my judge and she checks me everyday for adherence to general direction, approval or disapproval. She is allowed to say anything and her initial reaction is most important.
This cycle is BIG. She is a hawk about BIG vs FAT.
