Shit - didn't you know?!

You will get breasts and your balls will shrink and you will want to kill people for looking funny at you and they will make you really REALLY dumb....

Oh wait, now THAT explains Poink! ;)

DAYUM!!!!

I was afraid of stuff like that, at least you didn't say you would end up walking around with dyed clothing with a huge shark on it ;)

my best bench is 205 and i deadlift well over that every week.
these guys benching 175 don't think i can spot them.

Damn, with all you've said on this thread you can go ahead and add me to your legion of adoring fans. You rock woman.

You have many of the same pet peeves that I do.

Cheers,
Scotsman

im 21 and in pretty good shape, so im constantly getting sized up by the 150lbs wiggers wearing wife beaters or rolled up sleeves (after doing 12 sets of biceps for the 4th time that week)
its just dumb because i wear baggy clothes and listen to my music, but i will say that it keeps me on my toes, cause those guys dont need bigger egos

1. If I took steroids I would look just like him/you. This coming from the guy who has worked out for the past five years and has changed his physique by maybe 1%. Unless you eat, train and rest properly steroids aren't going to make you jacked.

2. Your penis will shrink from steroids. No it won't, testicles may shrink but with proper PCT will return to normal quickly.

3. I do 45 minutes of cardio five times a week and that's enough training for my legs. I don't want to get bulky, I just want to lose some weight and tone up. The reality of the situation is that weight training combined with proper cardio and diet is the best way to achieve long term body composition changes for most.

4. Squatting will hurt my knees and deadlifting will give me a big waist. Both are excellent mass building exercises and perfectly safe when done properly. I have a 32 inch waist and can still pull over 600 lbs.

That pretty much sums it all up.

I'll go against the grain here.

I'm tired of hearing people who juice claim that diet and hard training are the the main thing responsible for their muscle and downplay the contribution of steroids.
Word but the point being made is that you still have to put the work into it. Not like you pop and pill and bam you're jacked, but I would agree that it makes things easy because they happend faster.

Diet and Training will always be the main thing responsible no matter what you take!

I see plenty of people who juice who still look like shit as they don't know how to train or eat right.

Mine would have to be that if your a woman and you lift your going to get all big and bulky. This scares many a woman a way from picking up weights and the dam media perpetuates this myth as well. I got the latest Cosmo and there was an artical about yoga and how it give you a lean look rather then the bulky look of weight training. Bull shit like that really gets under my skin.

Easy now Chyna. You need to lay off the halo's and abombs your out of control.
