Don't even get me started here, I have been used more times and in more different ways than a toilet in a public restroom. The last 12 months have been exceptionally interesting!
 
Man, being lied to, it makes me feel like a fool ... I was married to a pathological liar and he STILL doesn't understand what he did that pissed me off to the point I divorced him.

I've told my current husband he could get involved with another woman -- heck bring her home if she cleans, cooks and does laundry, I'd love me a wife -- but DO NOT F***ING lie about it to me! I could forgive him loving someone else, not the lie.

thats interesting....re: [forgiving him for loving someone else]....truely it is the only way to be at peace about such a thing- it is a loss that has to be endured...a reflection of "self" that no doubt plays at war in the mind if allowed to do so.
 
I think that being lied to is the hardest thing to deal with whenyou really really thought that you could trust a person with everything.
 
i have just come out of a situation in which i was manipulated to give and keep giving. i met a woman who's self esteem was quite low and she used me to improve her self esteem and feelings of self worth......i fell in love, and gave so much of myself. despite claiming she never knew how i really felt, she kept sucking it out of me and then cut me a drift. it has sucked the life out me
 
it's very rare to have a true 50/50 relationship. there is always one of the two who does more, pursues more, gives more, etc. it seems thats what relationships have become, a pursuit. and when the two do something other than routine, fights ensue. but things change, people change. it doesn't mean it's the end of your world. seems many of us have too much time on our hands and overthink. you gotta remember, the only life we are in charge of is our own. and btw, i'll be microwaving my thanksgiving dinner.....

its a "dance" of the "seeker" and the "sought"....these positions are interchangable....

Yup. Wifey & I have a 80/20 relationship. In some ways , I'm the 80%. In most ways, she's the 80%. :heart:
She used me for sex, just the other day.
I FEEL SO DIRTY. :bawling:
 
I have to put dishonesty pretty high up there, not that i've always been the most forthright person.
 
Having a chic take you home for crazy ass animal sex.....just to piss off her SO. I've had that happen a few times. Granted the girls were hot and the sex was great, but finding out later she had a man the whole time is annoying. Altho, I guess I'd rather be in my position rather than her SO's. lol Scandelous ass females!

Woman comes to me with a dilema.
I listen and then provide her with short term action plan
and long term action plan.

She agrees.

Then she goes a different route with another man
and her dilema becomes a full blown crisis.

She returns and wants my help again. I feel used.

After all these years, I can see a person making a
train wreck out of their lives. Too bad.
