What lifting mags does everyone read!?

MILO.

i have a subscription to flex, as said earlier the stuff they say about training really gets repetitive just using a different bodypart to preach his "supposable routine" and then they always are saying stuff like upper chest, lower chest, so the training stuff really sucks. but they have good info on some diet stuff, and i like the interviews they do and gossip going on with bodybuilding plus it motivates me in ways. i dont really like muscle and fitness as it is more for fitness and has too many articles on things like "why your joints hurt".

though i got to give props, without this site i dont think i would have around 90% of the info i have learned, i learn so much stuff here everytime i come gotta love it here.

I'm gonna get flamed for this but oh well. Muscle Media and Muscle and Fitness for me...

Hey guys, I have been checking out the Milo mag at the IronMind web site. They give a brief description of the mag and its availability(4 times per yr) I have never seen the mag at any of the bookstores around here. Can someone give me a little more involved description(do they cover exercises, events what?) I may order 1 of their previous issues to check it out. Thanks for the input.

You have to order your subscription from Ironmind, but it is well worth it. No color pics, just focused on training for all types. Covers strongman, highland games, arm wrestling, etc.... It is really a good READING magazine...not a picture magazine at all.

Thanks B fold, I will check it out. I am tired of the same old crap in every mag. 100 pages total, 63 pages are ads, 22 pages of models, 3 pages of credits and publication crap and maybe 10 pages of lifting of which 9 of those pages are repeats from 4 months ago. Thanks for the reply

used to have a subscription to muscle and fitness, and muscular developement..not ne more.. i leanr more on here..and if i want to read those.. i can go to barnes and noble, read them then go back home...

I do the Barns and Nobles thing too. Every month I grab all the muscle mags, sit down and read through anything I find interesting (doesn't take very long, most of the mags are ads).

Flex is my favourite, cause they have the most info on the world of pro-bodybuilding.
