what kind of results have u seen with aerobics?

Oh boy, oh boy... You're bringing me back to my days of Weight Watchers, Kathy Smith, Denise Austin and Richard Simmons... That's right - Richard Simmons...

I lost 20lbs with that combo, my mom lost 50. What did it do for us? It made us both skinny/fat. Light weight, lots of pinchable fat. Too bad I didn't get my bf% measured way back then... it was probably much higher than it is now. I wasn't doing any weight training, of course... that is unheard of with Weight Watchers because you have to face the scale... and god forbid you put on a POUND OF F'ING MUSCLE... NO APPLAUSE OR GOLD STARS FOR YOU!!! (anyone here with me or did I lose everyone???)

Nothing wrong with cardio classes if you're doing them IN MODERATION and with weight training - as Daisy said. I'll also have to second her on the diet. You can do cardio classes till you're blue in the face (literally) and never see results if your diet isn't solid (diet = what you eat daily... NOT "a diet" like Atkins).
 
Also btw, if you are going to do crazy amounts of cardio, or even intense lifting, you need to FUEL YOURSELF (aka diet) enough to support the work. 1100 cal + crazy cardio leaves your body w/ nothing left to fuel itself except to start feeding off yoru muscles. Thus skinny fat. Your bodyfat ratio starts going down because the muscle part of the equation is dropping - NOT the fat part.

Your right Sassy... I was young and stupid
 
so.....insted of doing 800 cals of aerobics per day...eat 800 cals less AND avoid the cortisol backlash
