S skippa Guest May 11, 2006 #7 Ok, pardon my ignorance, but how does Milk cause bloat? I never heard of this. Also, what if youre Lactose intolerant? If you are, you can't digest Lactose, so does it cause an insulin spike if youre not digesting it still? Anyone know?

3 36drew New member May 19, 2006 #9 Skim milk for this cat. Milk has never bloated me or cause any problems for this cat while cutting. I only have one cup per day with breakfast though. It is an excellent source of calcium, protein, and Vitamin D.
