What kind of cardio do most of you guys do?

I love it.

People think that a pump workout will lead to overtraining but running 4 miles won't.
Ah yes, The magic of cardio.

I give up.

Running sprints or boxing isn't aerobic, it's anerobic.

I like to use an eliptical machine. I do intervals on it. 30 min. broken down as follows:

3 min. moderate pace
1 min. sprint (full out. as fast as I can go)

it worked for me, but I'm like you. I need to change it up from time to time.

I think I'm gonna have
to back off from this. Losing WAY too much muscle in just two
weeks!!!!

Now doing cardio 5x a week may not be the most productive way to bulk, I don’t think that you could lose enough muscle mass in 10 workouts to be able to see the difference in the mirror.

You may have lost a little fat and some water weight.

here lately have been riding the bike to the gym. Is only a half hour ride. I don't do it on leg days though, then I will hit the stair climber

I have to agree with Nelson. Also, your bodytype really determines the type of cardio you do--other than weight training. Obese folks should be doing LOW INTENSITY cardio. High intensity cardio causes their bodies to preserve fat and use muscle tissue for energy. Leaner folks will use their fat stores first, but run out of them..that is why so many distance runners carb up before a race.

I job 3 times a week for 3 miles at just over a 7 minute mile pace.

For me this fast intense pace burns a lot of calories in a short time and I don't lose my muscle. Might not be this way for everyone.

On bad weather days I will do the stair climber at level 8 for 30 minutes.

im a firm believer in diet over cardio, if diet's in check, theres no need for cardio. Lifting weights will keep your heart strong and burn fat and cardio is just a waste of calories when you're doing an intense lifting plan. I'd much rather eat 500 less calories than waste 45 min trying to burn it off on the treadmill.
