What kind of cardio do most of you guys do?

I have been doing 35 min 5x a week on the eliptical trainer. This
is done in the morning with E/C/A stack. Keeping in my target heart rate (148) for most of the session. I think I'm gonna have
to back off from this. Losing WAY too much muscle in just two
weeks!!!! Any you guys doing LOW intensity cardio? If so,
what?

I ride the bikes at the gym on a moderate level for about 45 mins. Make sure you are working because it is easy to get lazy on the bikes, but they work well for me. I used to run and swim, but that is hard on my joints as I continue to add weight.

I also ride bikes outside all summer. It is great cardio.

I don't do cardio when bulking, as I am presently. When I wanna lean down, I walk at a moderate pace, around 2.8-4 mph at 10-15% incline. It doesn't eat at my muscles as much as other types of cardio.

I have been walking @ 3.1 @ 10% incline for 30 min. Nice and low impact but enough to burn fat

I am a runner. I believe that this is the toughest type of cardio and I have done it all.....mountain-biking, cross-training, rowing, stair stepper, etc.

I'm currently trying to get as lean as possible. I run around three miles, then ride a stationary bike for 30 min, followed imediatelly with 5 hard minutes on the rowing maching. Makes the BF melt right off of me.

stationary bike for 20-30 minutes(medium intensity) 2 -3 times a week. I used to do it just about every morning with a stack but I was losing way too much so I backed off.
