If anyone ever wanted to see the embodiment of how to help a lifter...watch Hannibal.

He did an amazing job this weekend helping everyone, especially me. I know I was wandering around pissed off and focused solely on lifting, and he didn't let it get to him. He was there when I needed him, every time, made sure I had what I needed, and perhaps most importantly, he didn't pull my 325 squat because he knew I wasn't done.
