What is your waist size when bulking up?

34" is the biggest I get. I haven't bulked like forever though.

I feel fat as hell right now with a 38" waist at 5'10"...but I have a 52" chest and 21" arms right now...would love to keep arms and chest the same and get down to a 31" waist!
