I was wondering what split routines you guys do?
I was reading some articles and it seems like the most popular split routine guys are doing these days is a 5 day split where they do 1 body part once a week and rotate them. So they might do legs every monday, shoulders every tuesday, etc. Is this the best way to do it or should I compress my splits into 3 or 4 day?
