What is your opinion on GEAR?

So I finished my first cycle about , 2 months ago now....just planning my second. But wanted to make sure this time around I get the amounts of protein I really need to bulk up.

I will be using helladrol along with the recommended on cycle support.

I was going to try GEAR - does it really amplify protein product? Way are your opinions?



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use it on cycle when I want the quick bio-available Super Plasma Protein. Generally 5-7 caps a day was the sweet spot for me, as my protein intake is normally sky high to begin with.

Awesome product. If you can afford it, get it. Also, I'd recommend checking some classifieds on boards around the web to see if anyone is selling off bottles they don't won't. This way you may land a few bottles cheaper.

You should look into BIG BLAST. It contains a nice dose of superplasma with whey isolate, CLA, creatine, whole egg, NO2 and Rilose.

what about omega cage free eggs? you can buy a dozen for a couple bucks

i drop easy over 1K a month on food + supps + gym membership + miscelleanous (massage therapy, acupuncturist) ... i can understand how things can get expensive, but i want to be my very best at this sport.

^^ I agree. I want to do the best but also have other bills besides this sport.I know that sounds crazy LOL jk..not trying to come off wrong just having a Lil fun..I use muscletech just because at Sam's I get 5lbs for 30bucks.can't beat that
