Prices are still higher than the true value, and they will go down more (or inflation will increase to bring them down). Live as cheap as you can for now, and put money away!!! I did that for a long time... I'm an avocado farmer, despite that I am an ISO9001 certified electronics technician, and formerly licensed electrician. Those qualifications just don't get gainful work now.

It has a lot of great amenities too ie 3 car garage, surround sound throughout, sprinkler system, high end security system, granite and hardwoods, brand new roof, 4 zone climate control etc..
