Of the list... Pizza. Replace the sauce with BBQ sauce, jalapeno's and chicken strips topped with home cooked lean ground beef (cheaper than having them add it as a topping, and about 3x as much protein!).
But, my all-time favorite cheat food is an entire pork roast. About a pound of lean-ish pork, marinaded in gritty dijon, garlic salt, pepper and rosemary... At around 1500 Kcal and 150g protein it's a fantastic cheat meal...
