what is your back routine?

i was wondering what is the best for a thick back. here is what i do:



pulldowns: 1x15/1x12/1x10/1x8
barbell rows: 1x15/1x12/1x10/1x8
t-bar rows: 1x12/1x10/1x8
close grip pulldowns: 3x25 (for a burn)

i need your .02

Deadlifts
Hyperextensions
Behind the neck pull downs
Low hammer strength rows
Hammer strength rows
Standing stiff arm pull downs ( don't know if there is a proper term)
 
wide grip chins or pulldowns. reverse grip bent over barbell rows.
pullovers. revers grip pulldowns. one arm dumbell rows. reverse pec deck. dumbell shrugs. hyperextensions.

I see this exercise done at my gym. what exactly does it work out? I feel when I do it, I am working my outer lats, making them flare out more...
 
my routine: deadlift 3x4-6
front pulldown 3x6
BB Row 3x6
one arm pulldown 2x6
good mornings 2x8
This has been working pretty good for me. Strength is up.:D

When done correctly you can feel it hit the spot. This is my finisher.
 
My back workout is never really the same, but here is one that i did recently....


Wide front chins-3x10
Bent over rows-4x8-12
Low Rows(close grip)-4x6-10
Deadlifts-4x6-12
 
I don't do much direct back work. In a weeks time, spread out of course...I may do lifting for it very lightly.

It gets taxed from hard box squats, light chins and pull downs...but it really gets killed from all of the event training I do. Heavy arm over arm pulls, yoke walks, farmers walks, stone lifting, etc... Most all of the events hit your back very hard.
