Long time no see, always nice to check in see how you guys are doing, this place helped push me for a long time to get in better shape!

finally down from fat to chubby with some muscle hah, lost 65 lbs last year. with a company called precision nutrition good dudes.

quit smoking 15 months ago haven't had a single butt, Allan carrs easy way to quit smoking for anyone who is wondering.

Back into body building as I'm with PN another year hoping to take their contest by storm.

How are you people?? nice to see karma hasn't gotten out of control....

what's the craziest thing that happened on EF in 2013!?! or things.. . . .

Thanks Cindylou, now that I'm getting back into the BB training I know some good bro's here that I trust, and will be trying to learn some things and I'll actually be more active, it's amazing that after 4-5 years of absence I still have a 3 post a day record.. god I used to be such a whore for EF C & C.

Moved back to Calgary, so now I get to harass Woot on the regular, we have date tomorrow, bwuahahaha.

How are you able to move away and come back? Did you have a house or r you renting? The vacancy rate is like 1% and the rents are the same as mortgages in Calgary. And gyms...well the crossfit gyms are $250/month! The hardcore gym down on 16th by the violin store apparently closed. Golds up on Shaganappi is now GoodLife fitness. Seems the best option to save money is just have weights at home things are so expensive in Calgary. Even the houses are DOUBLE what they were worth in 2005. City has gone insane.

I go to world health one of the biggest chains in the city something like 75 a month with towel service.. I figure it's about $3 a session since I go about 6 times a week.. so ya..

$75 a month? That's too expensive. I got some gym equipment over at the fitness depot. Squat rack costed me $150. In two months membership that equipment is paid for. I saw that World Health, its over in Edgemont. You are correct about crossfit and faggots. Anyone paying $250 a month for that shit is like a leader, leading from the rear. "He who leads from the rear takes it in the rear". Crossfit is about as pertinent to Olympic Lifting as tits are to a motorcycle. They insult olympic lifting by pairing it with all this other shit.

Because its all about the paycheck. Especially in Calgary. Houses r double they're real value. Nw Calgary houses zoning is fucked. U can pass the grey poupon to your neighbors window. Took me 5 years to save goddamn down payment on a shack-indeed I'm grateful for edible food, clean water, lack of gunfire. Now I gotta afford support in my family. Bunch of fuckers in my dept at hospital r paranoid what w/budget cuts and shit. I enjoy the cheaper things in life: wife that I love and trust, my plastic chess set, my running car, my paid for weights, the free bench press someone had on their lawn several months ago.
