I used to have 6 egg white with ketsup & caynne for breakfast AND egg whites/tuna/ffcheddarchz/pineapple chunks for dinner (I ate eggs so much I developed an allergy to them.)
Now I like to have tuna w/ diced canned (drained) carrots for lunch, that gets looks although it isn't too strange.
My FAVORITE is my mid-day snack
yogurt with scoop of protein and flax seeds
It's like a pudding!
