Alrighty, this is a totally BS post but I think it will yield some interesting responses.....
What meal do you concoct in the eternal quest for high protein and quality carbs that gets the most raised eyebrows, gags or otherwise unappetizing responses? I was reading that Phem makes something with oatmeal, egg whites and tuna and I just about lost my lunch (no offense ) I get a lot of looks when I tell people I'm eating tuna mixed with fat-free cottage cheese, diced black olives, some onion, sunflower seeds, and garbanzo beans....hey, they asked, right?Seems totally normal to me, and probably to the rest of you too, but those "other people" think it's weird---you know, the ones who have doritos and coke for lunch.
So, what do you mix up?
