IMO I saw too many dudes lately that have a very strange approach to cycles. Only on cycles they eat a lot, workout and rest like mad. As soon as they get off their cycles, they quit eating, don't do any post-cycle therapy, simply crash...
I don't know if what I said makes sense or not, but that's where I'm at in my opinion.
And unfortunately too many sad stories are not told because those "cycles" are mostly done by first-timers that don't do any research and want a "quick fix" to their problems...
So, I'm in the same boat as most of us here with Ironmaster, who said that it is in fact a lifestyle... If you live it right, there are no "crashes" or any other BS...
