I have heard so many confusing and conflicting things about GH that my head is spinning. I try to get educated and have been unable to find consistent information. Does anyone knnow? I hear that HGH is the best thing a woman could take as far as LBM gain and fat loss safely. Then I hear that it can raise insulin levels and effect the tyroid. Then I hear it doesn't work unless you stack it, that is slows down metabolism....but then again I hear that it is great and recommended for a woman highly over AAS?????????
CAN SOMEONE CLEAR THE AIR FOR ME AS FAR AS HGH FOR A WOMAN. (just one click a day ) IS It the best for contest prep or too many risks????

It is a waste of $$$ for 90% of the people on here, unless your body is so damn amazing already and even the slightest changes in your body will make a difference IF YOU COMPETE....then MAYBE it is decent to use STACKED with MANY other drugs...but...unless u want the face of Nicole Bass (trust me i know many females personally who ruined their beatiful faces) then do not waste your $ on GH.

here read these:

:D :D

The biggest consideration for most people is the COST of GH. And more recently, the REAL or FAKEness of it. There are lots of anecdotal stories about amazing results from it, but hey, who knows what made the difference if its mixed w/ other stuff? I think the two people who are the biggest "authorities" on it are IronMaster & M.O.D. They are both older guys -- they will say the greatest advantage is in addressing some of the symptoms of aging. As far as younger people for the serious pursuit of BB competition -- my biggest comment is, unless you are going for your pro card or trying to get a fitness modeling contract or something , there is NO MONEY in competitive body building, so you really have to consider the cost. I also dont' see much point in doing GH if you are under 30 years old. By itself it won't build muscle and to get all these amazing results of dropping fat, etc. you are probably looking at a good 3-6 months worth of dosing.

So to answer your question -- no one can give you a definitive answer. All the studies on HIV+ patients probably can't truly be extrapolated to a healthy individual so those arguments are not necessarily totally accurate. As far as healthy individuals using it -- mostly anecdotal. So, welcome, to Elite Fitness, Petrie Dish & Test Rat Lab for performance drugs. :)
