Hi Ladies-

Would like your opinion , suggestions , and knowledge. If I am short on time , and want to get the best out of my workouts , what are the best and beneficial "compound" excercises that I should do :D

Usually , I have about 45-60 minutes , but I have recently gone back to school , so sometimes I only have 30 , and then if I have to wait to use the equipment...you know how that goes :(

Can you post up what you do / want to do on each day

Example:

Monday - back
Lat Pulldowns
Seated Rows
Stiff arms
Hypers

Wed - shoulders
....
....

I am doing full body 2x a week and the exercises vary because I am impatient when waiting for equipment at the gym , so I do what is ever available for that bodypart.. I take kickboxing/boxing classes 3x a week , which works everything , so by the time I hit the weights , I try not to go too heavy beacuse I feel like I could be over training.

I am open to any suggestions on balancing the two ;)

Thanks

If you haven't, go here:

http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html

It's a framed website, so I can't give you direct link to the page. Click on Workouts, take the first link entitled "krista's kompleat kompendium of workout routines" about half way down the page are different types of workout routines and Krista is a BIG proponent of full body compound movement workouts.

In fact, I think she even has (on a different page somewhere) a workout for the time pressed. It's an EXCELLENT website.
