What Is The Best Way You Guys Deal With Rage???

I had a pretty bad episode yesterday. Went over to my moms place to use her washer and dryer...beats paying for it. She was nice enough to do my laundry for me, but shrunk half of my shit. I got so pissed and had to stay calm until I got outside the house. I saw an old air conditioner from like 1970 at the end of the neighbors driveway for trash pick up so I went over and power bombed it a few dozen times. It was one big heavy bitch but didnt seem to make much difference at the time haha. I was just interested in seeing if you guys had any good techniques for calming down. Previously a few deep breaths have worked for me, but I was super pissed this time haha.
 
try this...but you got to get alot more pissed...First get that rage feeling ..then increase it... now as you start to the rage building even more inside you...than double that feeling... next ..Turn up the feeling even more...then more...... untill your about to lose control.....then crank it some more...so that all you can think about is letting go and shitting your pant ....now...after three times of doing this you'll never feel that rage again in the same way....
 
Always keep it in your mind that it is the gear doing this to you and that other people DO NOT expect to see you behave in this way. If you get sufficiently pissed off and don't react it will come out in the gym. Like this one time I had an awesome set of leg presses with like 13 or 1400 lbs for 5 or 6 reps, and all my buddies were cheering me on, when I was done I punched the foot board of the leg press and fucked my hand all up. Brilliant, but the boys thought all the blood was cool.

Rage?.........I think some people while on cycle use the Roid rage thing so they can act silly !!!This is what gives gear a bad name .......:cool:
