What is the best way to stop being skinny?

Hi friends, I am very weak looking in my physical appearance. I have tried a lot to make my body get a good built up; including a healthy diet plan and tough work out sessions, but did not get any satisfactory results. Does anyone know the best way to get out of this skinny looks?
 
It may seem obvious but you're not eating enough. Sounds like you have a fast metabolism so take advantage of it and CONSUME A TON OF CALORIES. Combine that with some intense lifting and you will gain plenty of size.
 
i agree with other 2 u need to eat ALOT...when i first started lifting i was doing everything right except eating enough...but once i did then i definately started noticing changes, so did everyone around me
 
eat beef and potatoes several times per day. however you can get it. eat 6 or 7 total meals per day heavy protein heavy complex carbs moderate greens. find an beginner training program and start following it. dont do any cardio.
 
Just like the others have said bro, you just have to eat a lot. Learn how to count calories and monitor how much you are actually eating in terms of calories. Whatever it is you eat now is definitely not enough.
 
Take 2 servings of a good weight gainer with a lot of quality protein and complex carbs and try to eat 4-5 solid meals per day. Lift heavy and get plenty of rest.
 
Gaining weight is all about diet....you need to increase your diet intake and that will lead to an increased weight.

Food yeah. A friend of mine went on a dirty bulk. Instead of expensiave weightgainer shakes he stockpiled litres of cheap ice cream. Leav it out to defrost then drink it...some seriose cals there...probably a lotta blubber as well
 
You should never be hungry when bulking!!!! I eat whatever I can get my hands on and at least half of my daily protein shakes are forced down. Everyone is right, food is most important. Eating big and lifting big by following a simple 5x5 will throw a lot of size on you fairly quick bro.
