Besides doing squats.
Any supplements that anyone can recommend?
what about dostinex and letrozole? i guess that wouldn't be natural
You've made over 2000 posts and you never heard of UNLEASHED and Alpha Sustain?
oh actually I think i've used that too.. well something from primordial site. Just trying to catch up on new products here
I suggest doing a little research on Tongkat Ali and Trib.

For some reason i keep pronouncing tongkat "Cat tongue" in my mind....
DHEA - more hype than substance
Version 4.0, December 2004
When in the early nineties, US regulations regarding the sale of nutritional supplements were eased and alleged benefits could be claimed without having to be proven, DHEA was one of the first "wonder drugs" to hit the market.
Wild claims were made about its positive effects, and among the touted wide benefits of supplementing the hormone was nothing less than a general rejuvenation.
Because at that time, the American public had, for several decades, not been exposed to aggressive quackery, many people were easily deceived, and DHEA in many cases had a great placebo effect. It did on me. But I am more critical by now.
To start with, I do not doubt that the hormone DHEA has an important role in the human body. For example, if we completely inhibit DHEA synthesis, a wide range of unwanted conditions occurs in our bodies.
Sure, DHEA has many, many important functions. It may even be true that there is an age-related decline in the plasma levels of this hormone, and that this age-related decline is accompanied by a general decline in our functionality. But, please take note: that a general decline in functionality is accompanied by an age-related decline in DHEA plasma levels does not yet prove that the decline in functionality is caused by the decline in DHEA plasma levels. The decline of DHEA levels and our general functionality occur together, and they are both related to aging. But there are thousands of other aspects, which are also related to aging, and they do not disappear by just correcting the age-related decline of DHEA plasma levels.
And that DHEA has many useful functions does not mean that by just supplying more DHEA, all of these functions would be improved.
During the mid-nineties, I have taken DHEA for more than a year. I assume that this had a positive effect, not because the DHEA in itself would have done much, but because after reading exiting coverage on the supplement in Time or Newsweek, I was so convinced that it would have a positive effect. The DHEA perception, of that I am now sure, was more effective a medicine than the DHEA itself.
For philosophical reasons, my interest is primarily in sexual enhancement. That DHEA enhances sexuality is one of the strongest arguments of those who sell it. Better sex is the essence of better health. If there indeed is a way to enhance sexual pleasure and performance, who would not want to spare a few bucks?
I became critical of DHEA after I had experienced drugs that really work to that end: cabergoline, tongkat ali, yohimbine, sildenafil, bromocriptine, and a few lesser members of this family.
I have stopped taking DHEA, with no ill effect on my sex life, or my body composition, or my mood in general. The positive effects I would have ascribed previously to DHEA were all in my mind. When I had a great time while using DHEA, I did so because I was convinced that I should have a great time, having ingested DHEA.
I never had real proof of DHEA’s effect, and nor do those who still tout it. The effect is supposed to be subtle, developing over a prolonged period of use. Nothing dramatic, they say, just turning back the time a few years.
But with yohimbine, or tongkat ali, or sildenafil citrate, or bromocriptine, I don’t have to wait for subtle effects. The effects clearly manifest themselves after a few hours, and they are very measurable: erection firmness, erection duration, ejaculatory force, multiple orgasms.
I tried DHEA before I engaged in serious research on sexual enhancement medications. I have since tried on myself practically every substance that has been reported to have a positive effect on sexual function or sexual satisfaction. There have been many more placebos. Nevertheless, I have been able to engineer for myself a degree of sexual functionality that is much better than it was in the mid-nineties, even though I am now 10 years older.
Tongkat Ali's likely hormonal pathway
Version 2.1, March 2005
Tongkat ali increases testosterone tone, but is not a testosterone agonist. Anabolic steroids are testosterone agonists. They cause a negative feedback reaction of the pituitary and hypothalamus (the two glands secrete a series of hormones that signal Leydig and other testosterone synthesizing cells to stop testosterone production). The result is a definite shrinkage of the male genitals, especially the testes. The medical term for the condition is "tesicular atrophy".
Tongkat ali is the opposite of a testosterone agonist. But no, it’s not a testosterone antagonist. Tongkat ali stimulates testosterone production by interfering with the testosterone negative feedback loop. Even when tongkat ali raises testosterone levels, the upstream pituitary and hypothalamus do not respond by signaling that testosterone synthesis should be tuned down.
The above is part abstract, part model. Tongkat ali has not been fully researched yet. While there is ample evidence that it raises testosterone, the exact mechanism by which it achieves this hasn’t been established.
However, there is educated speculation not only by this author.
Stated Lie-Chwen Lin (National Research Institute of Chinese Medicine, Shih-Pai, Taipei 112, Taiwan, R.O.C.) and Chen-Yuan Peng, Hsing-Shun Wang, Kuo-Wu Lee, and Paulus S. Wang (all of the Department of Physiology, National Yang-Ming University, Shih-Pai, Taipei 112, Taiwan, R.O.C.) wrote in a scientific study into the Chemical Constituents of tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia by scientific name):
"A preliminary screening demonstrated that the ethanolic extract of Eurycoma longifolia could… increase the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG)-induced production of testosterone by … Leydig cells."

Abstract
You could just use Dermacrine which has pregnenolone and DHEA already in it. Tongkat is way overpriced.
I dont know why but everytime i eat my daily 2 handfull of almonds or 8 hard boiled eggs before bed i wake up with the most insane morning wood![]()
AHEM!!! I can't believe HCGenerate wasn't mentioned.HCGenerate is a natural testosterone booster that stimulates the body's own production of testosterone. It is totally legal while being the strongest over the counter PCT on the market today!
RADAR
Im actually coming off a 12 weeker in a couple weeks. Test 500mg and Var 60mg
This is what I have for PCT:
[1] Hcg 1000 iu ed for 10 days w .5mg adex eod
[2] sustain alpha, unleashed, D-Aspartic Acid (heard great things about this stuff)
Pct will be about 5 weeks
Let me know if I should tweek it.![]()
Too much HCG bro. I'd add POST CYCLE to the mix and substitute HCGenerate for the sustain. Other than that, looks good.
Too much Hcg? How bout 1000iu every other day for 10 days??
I feel like my nuts shrunk to about half their natural size, seriously.
Try it. If that doesn;t work, most likely using more won't either.
Ok but I'm asking from your experience. How many iu do you recommend ed or eod in a 10 day period?
I plan on running either a Beastrol or Epistane only cycle for 4-6 weeks. (2-3 beast ED or 3-4 Epistane ED)Would Unleashed and Post Cycle be a sufficient Natural PCT? I have Liv.52 for liver support.
I have Nolva and Clomid on hand but would rather not use them if it isn't necessary. I only bought them because people on another forum were recommending them as a cookie cutter PCT like 95% of the time...No matter what people were cycling with.
No need for nolva or clomid but a little HCG and aromasin would help along with the UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE; And look into using BRIDGE afterward.
So an all natural PCT can't be done effectively? Meaning without drugs like HCG, aromasin, and such?
It can be done. HCG just gives a head start so why not use it? Aromasin can be substituted for a natty anti e, such as found in POST CYCLE and HCGenerate, but it depends on how aromatizing your cycle was. I've been outspoken for years about clomid and nolva and think they are unnecessary and at times detrimental.
I know you've been outspoken about the use of clomid and nolva, your threads/articles are an interesting read. Would I be wrong to assume that Beast or Epistane wouldn't be that aromatizing therefore not having much need for an AI?
From what I've read on those two PHs it seems my biggest concerns are my Liver, Lipid levels, Test levels, sex drive, and trying to keep whatever gains I make. I already have Unleashed, Post cycle, and Liv.52 on hand, I may add HCGenerate [A bit expensive] to the mix. And possibly Bridge later on for after the PCT. [If I like the reviews on it]
LJ 100:1 or any of them are good as aphrodisiacs and nothing else.Ok, I just did a search, and this is from LJ100 which is another tongkat brand but I've never used that one, only direct from Sumatra pasak bumi. But here is what the mech of action is according to them: "[tongkat ali] works by activating the CYP17 (17 a-hyroxylase/17,20 lyase) enzyme to enhance the matabolism of pregnenolone and 17-OH pregnenolone to yield more dehyroepiandrosterone (DHEA) as well as the metabolism of progesterone and 17-OH progesterone to 4-androstenedione. This is important as DHEA is ultimately converted to testosterone"
Here's my concern. While I like some of the natural products and def saw the difference. I think they also flame up gyno symptoms for me. I then have to use letro or cabrg to get rid of those. Is there an explanation for that or is it just me?
Sure they will because if testosterone levels increase there is always the chance for aromatization.
You can use too much Clomid , Hcg or even an AI or Anti E and you will experience aromatization.
If you plan on raising your T levels always and I mean ALWAYS have your AI/AE on hand even if you just plan on using supplements, if they are effective they will raise your T levels not just steroids.
