What is the best thing to EAT!!!

I am weighing 207.5 as of 10/02/03 and my weight class is 197 for wrestilng. I need to make the weight before next saturday. I guess my question is what can I eat to lose the weight and still have some kind of energy and strength. Or is there any supplements I can take??????? :confused:
 
Could you have prepared earlier?

You can drop the 10 lbs., but I'm afraid you'll be too damn tired/over-worked to perform at all on the mat.

u wanna lose 10lbs in a week...ya hansel is right go to the weigh in really dehydrated. then drink lots to get back to being hydrated. hope they dont weigh you after like "post race inspection" or something :)
 
Use an Atkins diet or one of those bottles of the "Hollywood Diet" shit (basically juice + diuretics) to drop as much water as possible. Theres no use running in a rubber suit or doing shit like that when you can just as easily do the no carb or use diuretics.

IMMEDIATELY after the weigh-in, I'd start taking in simple carbs/sugars, as you need to perform at max ability and you wont be able to without carbs.
