Use an Atkins diet or one of those bottles of the "Hollywood Diet" shit (basically juice + diuretics) to drop as much water as possible. Theres no use running in a rubber suit or doing shit like that when you can just as easily do the no carb or use diuretics.
IMMEDIATELY after the weigh-in, I'd start taking in simple carbs/sugars, as you need to perform at max ability and you wont be able to without carbs.
