What is the best tasting PW-shake with carbs?

muscle milk has fat in it though. If you're trying to avoid that use ON 100% whey chocolate mint... one of the best tasting proteins out there. And then throw in some dextrose.

Funny! I don't see no fat people here on this thread!

actually when i get done training i really don't care what type of shake. ijust add a few together/ with creatine and glycogen loader and oatmeal. in 2 minutes its gone anyway. then i lay down for a long winters nap.

No muscle milk is NOT HIGH IN CARBS. It is high in MCTs which is good, however will not give u the postworkout insulin spike. Try Cytogainer (by same company as muscle milk) which has 80g Dextrose/Maltrodextrin for post workout spike. Perfect amount for any 220lb+... Tastes almost as good as muscle milk too...

I meant if he were to try and avoid dietary fat. I do not believe the fat contained within muscle milk is bad.
