muscle milk has fat in it though. If you're trying to avoid that use ON 100% whey chocolate mint... one of the best tasting proteins out there. And then throw in some dextrose.
definately muscle milk. just not the orange creme. i like the mango peach the most. or i like vanilla creme with strawberries and ice. ready in minutes fresh out of the blender.
im using muscle milk chocolate right now its one of the better powders i've ever used it leaves you feelig like beast in the gym aswell ( a little tren never hurt either )
