Some do Subquetaneous(subQ), I do not, I inject direcetly into the muscle right after I am done working out. You want the IGF to hit the receptors in the muscle that you just used that the receptors are ready willing and needing the IGF. If you do subQ you are injecting in the belly which is where the most receptors are and it is believed why pro have GH or IGF gut, too much floating around in the body!
