Yes I have done IGF and to me it worked well. I would imagine since there a no sides like with steroids woman wouldn't be worried about viralization, so it is a body weight thing. So I weigh 220 and do 60mcg's per day or 30 mcg's per side of my body. If you were 110 lbs that 1/2 would be a good dosage, if you weigh 140 that is basically 60% of my wieght so you would do 40mcg's or 20 per side of your body per day. Inject immediately post work out into the last muscle WO, bi's, tri's, delts etc... Less is more with IGF so don't start with major doses. I did it EOD, tri's - mon, delts - wed and bi's on friday. Use a 29-31 guage insulin pin 1/2" long. Oh and add bac water to the syringe before the IGF so the inject won't burn so much.
