  • wide Leg press with feet 1/2 off the platform

  • Stiffies (stiff deads)

snatch grip deadlft on a block or using small plates (25s)

I also think a medium stance sumo deadlift with 25s would be pretty cool, based on how it felt yesterday. No stretch reflex like squats or rdls, sldls

I think we're venturing away from the best mass building exercises, and into our favorite isolation move.

i would have to go with stiff legged deadlifts. my hams always seem to be most sore the next day from doing them.

I know I have never had my hams hit like I have since I started pull-throughs. Arched-back, straight-legged...Hurts for days.:D

For size? I dunno, but they sure have been helping my ham strength. Thanks Spatts.:)

Squat or stiff deads. Not sure which is better. I guess squat, but I'm not sure.

When it comes to isolating the hamstrings. . nothing beast lying leg curls. . .I have built thick steel cables from this exercise.

Stiff leg deads are also a good movement.
