What is best for Back pumps??? " to much pump" ouch

OK I Know Radar use to recommend something? was it Linberg Milk Thistle

anyway give me some tricks or something guys..
 
extra potassium might help and water. I had real bad pumps from turanabol in my back and even my biceps. I could barely do deadlifts and curls.
 
Taurine would be more for cramps like from clen. As for how much potassium I dont remember at the moment but for some reason 200mg is sticking in my head. Gotta look it up and find out for sure where I read it.
 
Only thing that works for me is consuming less carbohydrate in the hours prior to training. I've never heard of anyone having too much pump on a low carb diet. Makes plenty of sense!
 
Potasium, Taurine, and other supps may help

but the biggest asset for me has been running out side a couple of times a week.

it just does "something" to get you core primed and able to cope with the issues you have.

I have no explanation other then that it Works and works WELL
