Agree with Steve that’s what I do.
12.5mg eod with blood tests to truly see where your at.

Also depends on the dose you are taking but personally I’ve never had to go above 12.5mg I also run it through pct.

12.5 mg eod is a good base but you have to learn as you go with YOUR body... everyone is different brother... some people are just far more estrogen senstitive than others but this is a general starting point for most...
