O.K. Here's the question:

Now, say your in decent shape and training regularly, and you want to look especially good one day at the beach????

How would you diet or exercise in the 5 or 6 days leading up and what about the day itself?

You know, to achieve the most definition for what ya' got.
 
Training won't make a difference. Skip all lactose (for example milk, yoghurt) and salt for a week and use a product like taraxatone (a natural diuretic). These three things will make you more muscular.

well, I wouldn't post the same thread twice, but it's fine...not a big deal...
This is what I do when I have a date where I know I'll need to take off some clothing lol :o) if you know what I mean....
Let's say it's on Sat... > Wed, Thur, Fri> eat high-protein, and only 25 carbs a day (have 1/2 cup oatmeal in morning) - on sat. before your beach or date, have about 50 carbs (yams, or sweet potatoes) in order to keep you a little full > now, secondly, you need to drink a lot of coffee on Fri. and Sat. morning + take 8-10 grams of Vitamin C a day starting Wed.. > do so cardio and I'll echo KOEN: taraxatone is great and lay off ALL dairy, cheese, milk, yogurt etc. (also, take 3 tbsp, glycerol - 1 tbsp 3 times a day thur and fri, and sat morning also)
---->Vit C. and coffee are very good diuretics, especially when combined w/ Glycerol > will make you dry and tight

sun-thurs high protien very low carbs and then carb up toward the end of the week. this helps but you cannot do it for long periods of time
 
drink tons of water untill two days before the big day and on the day before like MrX. said drink a bunch of coffee (BLACK). No carbs the week before. This will get rid of all excess water and then some.:cool:
