What household chore do you despise the most?

I have to go with vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors.

ironing clothes is my hands down least favorite chore, so I dry clean.

from the ones I currently have to do, washing dishes and pairing/folding my socks are the worst

pushing that shopping cart with her at the grocery store. then the worst is packing all that bullshit into the house when we get home while hearing her "instructing" me on what to bring in first. like i dont know the fucking ice cream will melt in the heat.

where to start!!!! I HATE putting clothes away, forget about ironing them ( my mom made me iron pillow cases as a child so that tarnished the whole experience), I also had to mow the law as a child because my other sister were "allergic" (yeah allergic to work) grrr.. I will NEVER mow a law EVER again!!! Dusting (another thing my sisters were "allergic" too) and my mother was a neat FREAK!!!! why dont I just sum it up and say everything.. as soon as I can afford one I am getting a maid!!!

sometimes i look at that sink full of dishes and think, i need to get a wife.........

Ditto bro. I'll do the yardwork and work on the cars and some housework. I hate cleaning the bathroom too. I don't know how to do it right.

I have a cleaning lady come by once every two weeks. It atleast keeps me from worrying about scrubbing toilets, bath tubs, vaccuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting. We just try to clean up after ourselves and clean our own rooms, cleaning lady doesn't go in our rooms at all.

Dusting or dishes. I just hate moving everything to dust. And I have no interest in putting my glasses and dishes away in an orderly fashion. I like to open the cabinet door and a cup falls into my hands!@

Although I have been doing more and moer of them recently, I would have to say that I hate ironing the most. It would be ok if wearing shirts with brown triangles on them was a fashion trend but since it isn't, I'm just a guy walking around with burnt shirts.

Thankfully, we don't have a lawn to mow.

All of them, especially dusting. Where the f does all that dust come from anyway.

I've always wondered that too. Everything degradates and deteriorates. We are in a state of deteriorating ourselves.

I used to spend like $50-75 per week on dry cleaning, so I cut it down. Iwas only wearing things once, then sending them back to the cleaners, now I'll wear them a couple of times until they need it. It's mostly my work clothes though (dress shirts, slacks). Down to $20-$30 per week.

Cleaning lady charges $50 every two weeks, cleans 2 full bathrooms, 1 big living room, kitchen and a hall way.

Dead skin...mostly. Pretty nasty when you think about it. I hate dusting more than any other chore. I happen to like drawing pictures on my furniture so I don't see the need to do it. :)

Cleaning the bathroom. Thanks to my love of salt & sugar scrubs, and other useless items that I have convinced myself are necessary, I have to clean it at least 2x a week.

Oh, and cleaning the oven. There's nothing like sticking your head inside an oven smelling like lye to brighten up the day.

i used to wash them and dry them and unless they were prone to being wrinkled(or i didnt care if they were) i would leave them....and when i finally did fold like 5 loads, i would have a crap load of clothes to fold..and i felt like i did something grand lol

ours either gets put on top of the dryer or left in the basket and we pick out from there what we need... lol.. well since i have been a stay at home dad i started doing the laundry. so i know how she feels... lol.. i hate it too.

I hate them all, which is why I don't do any of them.

Needless to say my apartment is a disaster area.

I actually like doing housechores. They are simple, mindless, repetitive tasks that require no real thought, and let me zone out and forget my worries. I guess it beats drugs.

Picking up the Dog Poop from 3 labradors...

Especially the fresh, steamy piles.....impossible to get off the shovel.

I'd love to have a maid.

Dusting is the worst because moving all the little nick nacks from shelves, TV, tables etc... is a PITA. That's why I love an empty house. lol Seriously, minimal amount of stuff, so it's easier to clean. When I go to someone's house and see 500 little things on their TV and tables, I automatically think to myself "How do they clean this stuff?" Then I beat them up and take their shoes.

laundry and dusting

I love my $3,000 washer and dryer. It's a pleasure to do laundry, but i hate putting the clothes away after folding. I think it has a lo tto do with storage space. If I had tons of space, it probably would'nt be so bad.

shit yo, that's a great deal. I mean, even if it was a little more it would still be worth it because you relieve yourself of ALOT of stress when you dont have to constantly worry about keeping your house in tip top shape.
