The only carbs I eat (other than tons of green veggies) are either 1/4 cup oatmeal OR 2 tbsp of cream of wheat (both pre-cooking measurments) post-cardio @ breakfast and 1/2 of a baked yam (about 4-5 oz) during my 2nd meal. Sometimes a serving of brown rice in the evening if I need it.
Yah i usually do the yam thing and I try to save the oats for my wake up meal. What else besides yams/potatoes and brn rice, I am looking for something tasty!
