what have your results been from taking Ergopharm's 1-Ad

I have been hearing more about this supplement and my curiousity has been to see what your results have been from using it.
When i start to use it should i just follow the directions on the bottle or do some you megadose? How many bottles did you go through before you saw results?

im taking it.. only taking the recommended dosage though (300mg/day) b/c im young

I'm recording every day, and will post at the end

today is my 8th day on it

gained 5 lbs so far.. strenght is up pretty good too i think. feeling VERY hungry.. eat 7-8 meals a day.. also feeling tired

Seemed to be like a weak oral with bad sides. No noticable bloat, gained a couple lbs, broke out...strength did go up slightly.
