What happens after you stop HGH?

hello all,
I have been on hgh for almost 7 months now, and the fat burning results are outstanding. I did the first month on 3iu. second on 4iu. third to seventh month on 5iu. I wonder what will happen after i stop using hgh next month. am I going to gain all the fat again? am I going to lose muscle? just worried and hope someone out there have knowledge and experience on this. I'm stopping hgh because am traveling abroad for 2 years!

peace

just one more thing. I also underwent strict diet, and I read somewhere that hgh helps maintain muscle during hard diet. If I continue dieting without hgh will I lose muscle? what should I do to keep growing after hgh?

thanx :)

age: 29
height: 182 cm
weight: 100 kg
body fat percentage: 15% (used to be 32%)

sorry for not providing the info earlier.

if you go back to old habits you will gain all your fat back for sure. you were 32% body fat before so i would imagine your diet was horrible. nice transformation but you could of easily done that without HGH which at 29 just isn't the best idea.

Keep your diet strict and train hard bro.

obviously you wont have the benefits that hgh brings to the party....fat burning and its effect on protein synthesis.

will you loose muscle ...not if remain dedicated to your training and diet while you are away.
if you are traveling the world and dont plan on seeing the inside of a gym anytime soon then your body will say bye bye to what it see's as un necessary and non functional muscle.

golden rule with diet will remain the same...high protein, moderate fats and carbs early in the day.

i'm Kent Brockman and thats my 2 cents.

Your so post to keep your muscle gains from hgh. But bf% is 90% diet. So you need to stay on top of that.

But the other member is right. Going from 32% to 15% can be done naturally.

I really appreciate your response guys. very encouraging; however, what will happen to my natural gh secretion? will it stop/decrease?

and by the way i train almost for 3 hours every day 5 times a week. people keep telling me i should stop after an hour or so. maybe hgh is making me vital and keeps my gain for now, but if i stop taking hgh and continue training 2.5 hours and 0.5 cardio then will i lose my muscle!

tanx all :D

you are over-training my friend, and it is counter productive .

steve is on the money...40-70 minutes hard training is plenty.

I do 4 sets of each excersise concerning that day's muscle. example chest i do 4 incline, 4 flat, 4 decline, 4 pic flys, 4 chest rows and then 500 crunches then 30 minutes of cardio and that's about it.

and all that takes 3 hours?

on my heavy lifts i will take 5 minutes between sets. and i still get things done in about an hour.

2.5 hours in the gym is way too long unless your intensity is low. General rule of thumb is low volume, high intensity or high volume, low intensity. If you ho high intensity and high volume you will overtrain. There is no doubt about it. If you are not doing high volume then you are taking way too long in between sets for rest

just to touch on your continual question of losing muscle, etc... of course your diet and training are going to dictate this but you can also be running different things when you come off hgh... im assuming your coming off because of the price... you can run ph/aas etc as well... you have options... sarms, peptides, etc...

actually i'm stopping gh because am traveling abroad for 2 years masters. i'm not expecting to find any aas in japan. non the less, i won't stop dieting and training and hope i'll keep my lean and muscle. i also fixed my routine today and squeezed all my excersizes in an hour time. feels good going home early :)

i hear japan is pretty strict when it comes to aas. it is difficulat finding good old whey protien and creatine there. you can find japanese brands which are not as good as american ones. but for supplements you can always order online :) aas is still a mystery over there!?

I do agree with Steve. But I lived in Japan so I know how it is. They are strict with drugs, compared to most country's. But there still there, you can get aas. Or just order them online.

i just watched this video on youtube and it scared the day lights out of me. i know for some of you they told me my natural gh levels will be ok and other said it will decline. i'm still not sure. anyhow, watch this video of a 70 yo dude who's ripped on gh

I wouldn't worry about gaining your weight back after stopping GH use, IF your diet is in-check.

I just came off a 6-month GH run a couple months ago, and I have noticed no negative effect, and have not put on one ounce of fat, in fact I have even lost more. Of course I picked up Primo mid-GH cycle, and just ended that one as well, also my diet is on-point, so those are all factors in my current state of ripped-ness. Basically if you live like a slob, you will look like a slob, doesn't matter what drugs you pump into yourself. Though I will say this, I could eat like a horse on GH, and it all went in the right places, and I was STILL losing fat. True story.

As far as your natural GH being shut-down, if you run your GH properly (EOD, or 5 days on, 2 days off) then GH shutdown should not be a problem. It certainly hasn't been for me. Also, I know guys that run 10 iu's/day or even more, and they haven't got any shut-down of normal GH either, usually it takes a week or two to bounce back to normal once you come off of it, and that's it. If you're worried about it, get your hormone levels checked bro.

Damn, this thread is getting me horny to start another GH cycle.

right to the point GunSlingger007. i appreciate your comment so much. it feels good knowing that someone else have gone through this and came out with good results and still maintained. cheers bro :)
