If you guys remember I fucked up my shoulder arm wrestling somebody about two weeks ago. I took a solid week off from the gym and then tryed to go back last week. Chest day went pretty good with no real discomfort, but the next day was back day and it sucked. I first tryed to do widegrip pullups which immediatly killed my shoulder, I think restraining it. I waited then did deads and bent over rows with no real problem. I know I shouldn't have, but I then tryed to do some widegrip pulldowns, which just like the pullups aggravated it big time. I guess what I'm asking here is what exercises should I avoid for the next couple weeks to help my rotator cuff rest. Also, for those of you that have strained your rotator cuffs, does your bicep feel like it's fucked up to???
