I love winny, as long as you supplement glucosamine it makes you feel jacked. I'm on a 2 week of a 6 week winny only cylce 75mg ED and feel hard as hell. Many people recommend not doing a win only, but training for wrestling I cant gain much weight and have to stay lean n strong. I hate doing cardio, but on Win cardio never gets me fatigue/sore and wanting to keep going (long distance jogging is hard though---cramping). Like I did 40 hundred yard dashes today in like an hour and was loving it!!! Some people say different....
