The joint pain can be kept minimal if ran with glucosamine chondroitin and drinking alot of water.

Me personally, didnt have any joint pain.

First time on var and I am liking it, but winny is still very good. 50mg ed is the dose I recommend. I am gonna use winny at the end of my cycle for 8 weeks.

im not a big winny fan,but it gives you a very hard look if you run it at a low b/f ,you'll feel your strength go up,but the sides are horrible for those who dont react good to winny an example me i get nasty joint pains,i rather stick to var its more expensive but i dont get those bad sides with var...

never get strength gains like dbol on winny in my experience. 50 ed for me for time being, I tried more at one time 75mg ed and sides became too much and no extra gain from 50mged.

winny is my favorite even though i only did 2 cycles w/ it. 50-75 ED for 8 weeks. didn't notice any neg sides other than joint pain. pumps are SICK, and makes me hard and strong as FUCK! next time i'm gonna do 100ED for 6 weeks. my boy who competes does 250ED for 6 weeks before his shows. 50ED is really fine for most though.

i always take it with nandrolone decaonate and that offsets the joint pain...winstrol also combats any progesterone issues from nandro (if any occur) too so that too is a plus for stacking them.

winstrol is as far as i know the only anabolic steroid that is unique in the fact that it aids in reducing progesterone levels. im no scientist and can't tell you why but there are many threads about it and after all this time its just something that is common knowledge for people that use winny/deca/etc. Not only are you able to stack to great drugs, one of them is helping you not get gyno...assuming you're not taking a ridiculous amount of nadrolones mgs..i've taken 800mg deca and 50-100mg winny a day and never had any progest issues. that's just me

I love winny, as long as you supplement glucosamine it makes you feel jacked. I'm on a 2 week of a 6 week winny only cylce 75mg ED and feel hard as hell. Many people recommend not doing a win only, but training for wrestling I cant gain much weight and have to stay lean n strong. I hate doing cardio, but on Win cardio never gets me fatigue/sore and wanting to keep going (long distance jogging is hard though---cramping). Like I did 40 hundred yard dashes today in like an hour and was loving it!!! Some people say different....

I can use copious amounts of test and other compounds with no hair problems, but winny kills me. I shed like a sheepdog coming into summer.
