right now im on a cutting diet.
some days when i wake up i can feel lean and good, sometimes i feel bloated.
like for instance today i felt bloated. i wondered why at first but then cáme to think of that maybe i had carbs to late, maybe i feel a sleep to late, or maybe something else.
what can cause water retention, im eating a clean diet, weight the food to every last gram.
sodium intake i awere of, but what else`?
plz write everything u can think of and how u get rid of your water.
