What do you typically eat for breakfast?

Im bringing a little bit of plain oats with cinnamon with me to work but wtf that'l tide me over for about 5 whole minutes.

3 egg veggie/meat omlette, decaf and water. Whey and creatine and Super Green in the decaf. Multi-vit chaser.

Recently added a small bowl of oat meal with cinimon (sp) and walnuts and 200 mgs of Q10 to give me a bit more energy.
 
bulking:
2 whole wheat peanut butter and jelly sammiches
40 gr egg protein powder
1 can tuna (water or oil)
handful of walnuts
phosphagen hp (creatine + dextrose)
some fruit

cutting:
40 gr egg protein powder
1 can tuna (water packed)
some walnuts
a few bites of whole wheat bread
creatine powder sans dextrose

I'd prefer to eat them, but I currently am attempting to keep my meals essentially fats+protein or carbs+protein. MY meals through mid day are all carbs + protein then I change it up until night fall.

my point was I think it's largely malarkey to micromanage calories and percentages

Agreed, but when I am more cognizant of what I eat, when I eat, I tend not to eat shit foods.
