solid- you got your big lifts in there. the rest is really just preference. (idk what an around the world is tho)

well, i'm not allowed to post any links just yet, so i'm gonna try to describe it:- you lie on a bench holding two dumbbells perpendicular to your body, then you lift both of your arms back and let the dumbbells meet, then you lower them to your starting position. and here is a picture to let you put the pieces together
