what do you think of this program????

Three days on and then one off? Might be a bit too much, I've done it before and had better results when I switched to 2 on one off. However, everyone is different. :)

So I take it that you are doing 6 days a week of lifting. If so that is a good split on the baody parts. My only suggestion would be to use the first three days heavy then the second three days light on repeat exercises. this will help prevent overtraining.

Cheers,
Scotsman

I am a firm believer that you should rest a day. Train a day take a day off train a day take a day off.

switch the positions of the bi and tri workouts.

I'm a big believer in not doing chest and tris or back and bis on the same day. Some guys swear by it, claiming the pre-exhaustion really stimulates the smaller muscle groups. Personally, it doesn't work for me. Best thing to do is try it out and see how you like it. Good luck...

all good advice thanks guys

people on the boeard are cool.

I have been doing the above program, with delts on chest, and tri day.
and traps on back day

I have cut back the cardio to only 10 minutes as a warm up before each lifting session.

And I have been making really good gains.

If I am tired on aparticular day I do not force my self to go in the gym the next day...so it workouts to about 2 days off a week.

thanks again

OMEGA:)
