For me, I listen solely to full on psytrance. Its around 145-147BPMs and motivates me like nothing else. I couldn't workout without it. Regular music just isn't fast enough. I listen to the mixes I found on www.blackvortex.com you can just download them. I like Vol 3, 5, and 6 the most. Give it a chance once, especially on a treadmill or if you run because you can get your stride locked into the beat and it keeps you going.
