What do you have your Protein shake with?

sweet, never tasted a shake with oj, sounds disgusting lol chocolate flavoured protein shake with orange juice lol

it's not bad.... when my blender was working i used OJ, 1-3 fruits depending (i like mangos, strawberries, and rasberries the best), and 1-2 scoops of soy or vanilla whey protein powder. The added fruit with a bit of the protein taste was really good. sometimes added some peanut butter, but i found that to be better with this one;

milk, chocolate whey, and peanut butter- if you're bulking.... now i just pour a big glass of milk and mix some chocolate protein cuz my blender is broken, but damn i loved coming home to one of those shakes with OJ, fruit, and protein powder!
 
My breakfast shake is water/skim milk 2-4 eggs, 1/2 cup oat meal, and one scoop of powder. some times a dash of honey if the protein powder tastes like ass. Before bed water with Casein.
 
So I am right when I tell people to avoid fat like the devil right after a workout, right? I've had people saying they mix their whey with peanut butter, and that fat doesn't hurt after a workout, I'm like wtf? That goes against everything I have ever been taught.
 
yea no fat post w/o. you want whey and simple carbs. dextrose is good.
