what do you guys think the best drug??????

I agree that you need to eat less and exercise more. But I do not cut up as nice w/o cardio...I eat the LESS cals...but the cuts arent as good. Not too mention cardio is really good for your health, even for like 10min.

DNP is idiotic, I never said I used it. But I am not in a place to judge....if a bro wants to risk frying I dont care...more power to him.

Hey I hate biotest too.....but the article posed some cool points.

ECA bad adivice........maybe if you were a cardiac patient or a hypertenisve. It cuts appetite and stimulates the adrenals like crazy...eg frees up fatty acids more effectively.

Clen bad advice ......same as above, I wouldnt take it if I were a cardiac paitent.....I run the EKG on myself all the time, I am just fine. I would advise that you get one before using stimulants/beta-adrenergic agonist.

Bromo........why bad...cause of the atrial fibrilation? I have used it, EKG is fine and bodyfat is going quick. Obviously you wouldnt use sympathetic stimulants like ephedra because bromo is a parasympathetic antagonist. This is why your HR goes down.....eg the Vagus nerve controlling the SA node in the heart. It also helps w/ blood sugar levels and hypertension.I am not goin just by data but by my experience.I wouldnt purposely misinform anyone.

Everyone has a different opinion on many things, this is just mine. Whatever he decides I wish him luck and safety.
I guess I really hit a nerve bro, sorry I didnt mean to.......

Doing cardio helps prevent overtraining???

No problem Mitosis. We're just talking here.

ECA kills appitite. BINGO! That's all it does. But once you stop, your metabolism is sluggish an you gain the weight right back.

I wouldn't fuck with Bromo. I believe it was that paragon of physical excellance Lyle Mc Donald who started the interest in this. Another scientic theory that puts people in harms way.

There isn't one shred of evidence to prove that cardio lenghtens life, or even that it improves the functioning of the circulatory system any better than weight training.

Thyroid meds -- bad advice.

Cardio -- bad advice.

ECA -- bad advice.

Bromo -- bad advice.

Using t-mag as a reference -- bad advice.

Suggesting DNP -- beyond idiotic advice.

You want to lose fat? Eat less and exercise more. That's what works. That's all that works. Deal with it.

I agree

The best drug has always been exercise

Cardio has always worked well for me. Just make sure you do something low impact to save that hard earned muscle. I.E. walking or the bike.

Good Luck

I am glad we could keep it civil, petty argueing is just lame.

Anyhow ....Cardio has no postive effects on life extension....well not direct but cardio lowers cholesterol(as does weights I know). It also keeps you trim, which besides being happier can make you less prone to many diseases(cancer, heart disease, diabetes). Also the lowering of HR is directly correlated with risk of death from various cardiovascular problems.

Cardio dose bad things too...like lower test and raise cortisol. I just have learned to control my cortisol through reasonably short cardio stints.

As far as cardio preventing overtraining I have never heard that, maybe he meant light cardio as active rest.

Bromo is new, and I have made the personal choice, weighing the cost and benefits. I understand if someone would be apprehensive.I mostly take it to get prolactin,

ECA .....I understand your point. I guess I am just too lazy when I diet not to use it. I dont feel great on it, but it cuts fat so much quicker, at least for me. Maybe green tea be a better alternative , still a stimulant but a great antioxidant also.

I forgot to mention ALA/R-ALA. I really believe in these two supplements,if not for any reason other then my awesome liver values. I feel they also keep me trim when bulk and speed up cutting. I get into ketosis quickly and safely on them, versus using insulin to do that......which I would not do or recommend.

Thyroid hormone .........a risky drug, but effective in low enough doses that I can use it comfortably and have monitored my EKG extensively.I am fortunate to work w/ EKGs ....can do one on myself whenever I want.

Anyhow bump for more info/opinions.
