RANT ON. So what do you guys do when people at work look at you funny when you break out the protein shakes or chicken breasts & vegggies at meal times? Don't you hate the interrogation? It really pisses me off when people can't mind their own business. Why do they have to make such a big deal about someone elses eating habbits? And do they have to make it their personal mission to get you to eat the birthday cake, or the doughnuts at coffee time? It's like they succeed by getting you to break your diet. F^%k them all!

Hell I love it, great time to bring up how much better physically you are than them.

Right after they eat the cake comment on how flabby there startin to look. You know it pisses them off even if they knock it off w/ sarcasm. So many people hate the way they look and do nothing to change it instead they do the very thing that caused them to get that way, and of course they jive us out of jelousy.

when i go to a party where everyone is drinking, i bust out the protein shake. they all laugh, but they dont know what i have under my shirt :) lol

I just politely tell people ‘No thanks, I just ate.’ Or ‘No thanks, I’ve got my own food’. The more you say things like ‘Doughnuts are too fatty for me.’ Or talk about calories and shit, the more people are going to give you a hard time. It pisses people off to witness your self-control when you pass on such foods so nonchalantly.

I love telling people ive lost 85 pounds eating bacon and mayo! The first couple of weeks was real tough but after that its all gravy! I still have aother 40-45 pounds to lose. But they see it coming off and are starting to ask what im doing!

lol...I know what you mean man....acutally....the people I work with are cool about it and they totally respect the fact the I eat healthy and alot of times they come to me for advice. Now ofcourse I get fucked with every now and then but it's all in good fun. Nobody has ever really expected me to eat any of that shit.

I just don't want people to know how strict I have to diet. I wish there was some way to make my diet seem more "normal."

agree w/ ingram... mentioning 'calories, wrong kind of carbs', etc... often starts a debate... no one ever responds to "No, thanks- that food doesn't really agree w/ me."

I only do that to my friends, since they always laugh when I bring a bunch of ham in a plastic bag for my snack when we watch movies besides I'm trying to goad them into hitting the gym, got em to come a few times, but its hard to get them past the initial part where they hate the workouts and they feel like a truck hit them the next day so they never want to go back. If you get em to come enough its start feeling good instead of bad to workout and then your hooked. I've got a few that are really into it now but the more the merrier.

None of em take anything seriously since none of them are overweight and most are pretty athletic. I mean I over exagerate all their incapabilities tell them they might want to dump out half there soda so its easier to lift cuz you don't want to start off to heavy. Or draw totally inaccurate conclusions, like eating ham has a direct link to video game performance and thats why I've been whoopin ass in UT

I wouldn't actually say that to someone who was actually out of shape, I wouldn't want to really hurt them. I would just tell em I'm addicted to this food its mad deliciousor.
